Is a diamond in a fancy box of better quality than another diamond?

Does one pill with a recognized pharma name offer better results than a generic pill with the exact same chemical make-up?

Probably not. So switching, when you can, from brand name to generics can be quite a cost savings. Word of caution though, if someone close to you IS expecting a name brand product as a gift, keep your head on a swivel if you dare to go the generic route.
